The villa has been built to high specifications and is spacious, bright and
modern throughout. The airy open plan, well equipped kitchen and dining room are
overlooked by a cosy, beautifully furnished lounge, built above on a mezzanine
floor. Access to the lounge via a spiral staircase then brings you to French
doors leading to a fantastic upper terrace with spectacular views of the
mountains, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset.
The large downstairs terrace has a large built in barbeque with dining table and
chairs. Under terrace lighting makes this a special place for alfresco dining.
The large pool with shower is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, perfect
for enjoying Oliva's cooling summer breezes. Behind the pool and sunbathing
terrace lies your very own orange grove, where you can pick your own oranges,
when in season.
Only a few minutes drive to Oliva's characteristic old town, with beautiful
churches and cobbled streets, weekly market, bars and restaurants, makes this
villa a perfect holiday for all the family.
